Every case below was planned and treated at our Kew clinic. The captions name the appliance used and how long the case ran, because those two things explain most of the difference between one result and another.
Clear aligners suit crowding, spacing and mild to moderate bite issues, and are removable for eating and cleaning. Fixed brackets handle rotations and larger movements that aligners cannot reach. Some of these cases pair orthodontics with composite bonding at the end, to reshape teeth once they are in the right position.
Treatment times here run from a few months to around two years. What your own case would involve depends on how your teeth sit now, so the honest answer only comes after an examination.
