Who is actually treating you

Every clinician at Stradbroke Dental is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and practises under the Dental Board of Australia's code of conduct. You can look any of us up on the public register.

Our principal dentist, Dr Harindu Rajakaruna, is board-certified in Canada as well as AHPRA registered, and has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and clear aligners. He is joined by Dr Elvira Yang as associate dentist, with Caroline Emery managing the practice and Desiree Bly assisting chairside.

The same faces, visit after visit

This is a small practice on Burke Road, not a rotating roster. The person who took your X-rays in March is usually the person who greets you in September, and that continuity is most of why nervous patients settle here. It also means nobody has to re-read your history from scratch before they can talk to you about it.

Appointments are booked long enough that you are not rushed out, and we hold emergency slots each day for patients already under our care.
