Restorative & Rehabilitation: before & after
Ceramic crowns, composite bonding and full-mouth rehabilitation cases.
Restorative work rebuilds teeth that are broken, worn or heavily filled. Rehabilitation goes further and re-establishes the bite across a whole arch, usually where years of wear or grinding have shortened the teeth.
The cases below use ceramic crowns, onlays and composite bonding. Crowns and onlays are made in a laboratory and cover a weakened tooth; composite bonding is shaped by hand in the chair and is a more conservative option where enough natural tooth remains.
Planning matters more than the material. Each of these started with photographs, X-rays and a written plan setting out what would be done and what it would cost before any treatment began.
